Behind the name

Sanaya

Sanaya combines two words: “Sana” and “Aya”. Both carry different meanings depending on the language. Some of our favourites are “hope” and “heal” for “Sana”, and “caretaker” or “good soul” for “Aya”.

How Sanaya works

From first message to follow-up

An AI triage assistant that works alongside community health workers — online or completely offline.

A patient describes symptoms in a chat, or a health worker records measurements at a mobile clinic. Sanaya builds a triage summary with a likely condition and urgency, routes the case, and keeps everyone in a follow-up loop.

Pick a case above. The triage summary builds here as the patient shares their symptoms.

Patient stories are composites shown to demonstrate the triage flow. Sanaya supports trained community health workers and never replaces clinical judgment. Not a medical device.
